Mojé Assefjah (*1970, Tehran, Iran) studied painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich, where she graduated as a master student with Jerry Zeniuk in 1999.
In 2000, she received a one-year DAAD scholarship to Rome; in 2013, ISCP (International Studio & Curatorial Program) residency in New York. She lives and works in Munich.
